Your child will receive homework at least once a week. I take a grade on homework. I will record the grades in progress book. Your child is responsible for turning this work in. Please feel free to check his or her work and help him or her.

The Third Grade reading test will be April 8th and 9th. Please make sure your child gets a good night's sleep and a great breakfast. He or she wear comfortable clothes on the days of testing. There will not be any spelling words, vocabulary words, or nightly reading.

On Thursday's your child will be taking his or her time practice test. The first test will be over the 2's. He or she will have three minutes to complete 25 problems. If he or she passes with no errors he or she will move on to the next factor.
